Delivery Charges

As per the serviceable areas of delivery Milano Watch Group ( may or may not levy the delivery charges. It is at Milano Watch Group’s discrete to levy the delivery charges.

Delivery Time

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time. The product is delivered within 12-15 working days from the day of order confirmation. While Milano Watch Group can commit on the date of dispatch of a product from our store, any delay during the transit of the shipment by the courier partner is not directly under the control of Milano Watch Group and the company cannot be held liable for it. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition.

There are zero hidden charges when a customer makes a purchase on Milano Watch Group. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price that customers see on the product page is exactly what they pay except the shipping or the delivery charges that may be levied as per the serviceable areas.



This exchange and refund policy is applicable only for purchases made directly from Milano Watch Group ( Any exchange or refund has to be initiated and processed as per the policy given below.

1. An exchange or refund for a product purchased on Milano Watch Group ( must be initiated by the customer within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. The customer must ensure that the return package is placed inside tamper-proof packaging and addressed correctly. The tamper-proof packaging must be packed by the customer.

4. As specified above, all returns must be shipped via the courier service provided by the customer. In this case, the freight charges will be borne by customers.

5. In the circumstance wherein a customer does not inform Milano Watch Group ( about the intended exchange or refund and/or , the liability for any loss or damage to the product lies with the customer. In such a case, no refund will be processed for the product by Milano Watch Group (

6. The returned product must be in its original condition*. It must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original warranty card (if any), along with the original packaging of the product including manuals, hang tags, etc. In the absence of any one of these elements, the return will not be honoured by Milano Watch Group (

*Original condition means that the watch must be in its authentic form as was received by the customer from Milano Watch Group (, without any scratches, marks or dents on the product. The security tags should be in place as they were at the time of delivery of the product. If the watch has been resized, that is, if the bracelet or strap of the watch has been adjusted or altered in any manner to fit the customer’s wrist, then Milano Watch Group ( will not be liable to honour any exchange or refund for the product. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your return.

7. If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Milano Watch Group within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

8. Once the product is returned to Milano Watch Group (, our designated service centre will inspect the watch for any change of movement with regards to the internal watch parts. This is to check whether the watch casing has been removed and/or the internal parts have been tampered with. This process usually takes up to 3 business days. The exchange or refund for the product will be initiated by us upon receiving a confirmation from the service centre regarding the quality of the watch received.

9. Any amount to be refunded will take a minimum of 7 to 10 business days from the date that the returned product is inspected and passed by the quality control team at the service centre. The amount will be refunded to the same account as a store credit from which the payment was originally received by Milano Watch Group (

10. All prepaid order amount will be refunded as store credit to the same account from which the payment was originally received. In the case of an exchange, any extra difference to be paid will be borne by the customer. The exchange policy does not apply to smartwatches bought on Milano Watch Group ( Request for a return or refund of smart watches will be accepted only if the original packaging has not been opened and the product and box are in their original condition.

11. Any returned product that does not adhere to the quality guidelines administered by the Milano Watch Group ( service centre will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and will be sent back to the customer in the same condition as it was received by Milano Watch Group (

12. Products purchased during sales and/or special promotions are not eligible for exchange , unless explicitly specified by Milano Watch Group ( during the period of the respective offer/s.

13. In the case of any dispute, Milano Watch Group ( will only be liable to refund the entire payment received from the customer for the specific purchase, upon receiving the returned product in the original condition*, and not be liable for compensation in any other form.
